Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

By creating an AskMenu account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of menu content, allergen information, and pricing you publish. AskMenu provides tools to display your menu and AI assistance based on the data you supply — we do not verify menu content on your behalf.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including guest decisions based on menu or AI content.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or infringe third-party rights. Contact hello@askmenu.io for questions about these terms.
