AskMenu (“we”, “us”) provides digital menu and AI assistant software for restaurants. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We collect account information (name, email, restaurant details), menu content you upload, and anonymous guest analytics (menu views, dish taps, chat usage) to operate and improve the service.
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the platform and process payments where applicable. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Restaurant owners can export or delete their data by contacting us. Guests browsing public menus are not required to create an account; session identifiers used for analytics are pseudonymous.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of AskMenu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
